I visually estimated the vehicle's speed to be [SPEED] MPH in a clearly posted [LIMIT] MPH zone. I activated my radar/laser unit, which confirmed the vehicle's speed at [SPEED] MPH.

I initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle at [LOCATION]. I contacted the driver, identified as [NAME] by [DL/ID].
